Bookkeeping

Monthly Fee

  • Single Member LLC or S-Corp $159

  • Group Practice starting at $229*

Initial Set-Up Fee $300

Bookkeeping includes monthly reconciliation and end of year preparation for your CPA or tax preparer — we do not prepare tax returns at this time. It can also include payroll, bill pay and overall managerment of accounts payable/receivable. Initial set-up fee is for all clients, covers up to 4 hours, additional costs may be incurred for complex set-ups.

*Due to the complexities of each group practice, a thorough quote will be provided for monthly service prior to beginning services.

One-Time Service

  • Clean-up or Set-up starting at $375

If you are generally self-suficient and want to tend your own books but need help either setting up Quickbooks for the first time or cleaning up before sending off to your CPA, we can help! This service includes an initial meeting and up to 4 hours of service time. Once we’re finished, we’ll send a detailed analysis of what went wrong for those in clean-up mode and individualized tips for success for those who are in set-up mode.

Virtual Admin

  • 4 Hours per month $300

  • 8 Hours per month $600

  • 12 Hours per month $900

Initial Set-Up Fee $200

Virtual administrative support includes responding prompty to client inquires, returning their calls and emails, scheduling and can include more complex tasks such as project managment, copywriting, research, etc.

Clinical Intake Support

  • Up to 4 intakes per month $200

  • Up to 8 intakes per month $400

  • Up to 12 intakes per month $600

Initial Set-Up Fee $200

Clinical intake support includes 15 - 20 minute phone intakes where risk is assessed, clients are potentially referred out with resources provided for agreed upon ruleouts, and overall clinical data is provided prior to first session.

Business Consultation

  • Hourly rate $150

Business consultation can be provided on setting up a private practice that is private pay for providers in California.
